Oh it makes a difference; I just don't follow your paranoid beliefs system. Bush is not the great saten and will be out of office in 08. Maybe he wants secrecy because something like that needs to be secret to be effective and everyone is hyper critical of everything and that is also no way to get things done.
I do believe the Bush admin. is more secret than they need to be and they probably have alternative agendas in the works as well but they aren't much different then many other presidents in that respect. Now the very bad decisions in regards to everything and inept leadership is something that worries me more than crackpot Bush is a dictator theories but what can ya do. he's the president and that ain't gona change till the next election.
