I'm the ultimate tech idiot..but at the bottom right side of my screen is a magnifying glass and an 85%. I set it at 85% because I had the same problem. and it works.

| I say it simply because the browser can be moved outside of the screen if it's not set to full screen. If it is set to full screen, it can't. Other than that your screen settings Settings/control panel/display/settings is set incorrectly for your screen size but that would be very unusual for a laptop.
