Question Should P&CA create a forum dedicated to UK politics and news?

Just to measure the interest-level

I think that we have too many forums as it is.

The more consolidated the board the more chance there is that some people will notice an interesting thread and join in.

If too fragmented many will just head for their special interest forum and then leave.

I wonder just how many posters now login and view the posts in all forums.

Hey Zan

You and I should be in politics.

Not many get a 100 per cent approval rating.

Lets close the poll now while we are ahead

You've got to balance a sub-forum for everyone, which would mean nobody ever communicated, and one forum for everything, which would mean every topic was too diluted. It's a tough one, but I think P&CA is about right. I'm a nay.

There were subforums, and two toilets. One was the hole, the other was US Politics. Both are for "Shit," more or less...IT's not a "kudos america" to give them a forum, it's a sandbox to say, "go shit over there, leave the rest of us alone."

I don't see a need for a UK Forum.

Without the spirit of particularism, the idea of local associations and local rights, perhaps no sort of conservatism is practical.

I agree

I love Cornish pasties and would consider myself blessed to have the opportunity of discussing their merits ad infinitum with other devotees in a Cornish forum

Although most of the talk is on how Cornwall is not England and a seperate nation not so much pasties.

Btw it isn't a real Cornish pasty unless it is from our fine duchy.

But if we did that, where would it end? The Welsh would want their own forum, so would the Londoners, New Yorkers, Aussies, Scots, French, Spanish, Isle of Wight .....

I sincerely believe that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies, and that the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity, under the name of funding, is but swindling futurity on a large scale.

They should have their own government an all, what with being a seperate country in their own right.
