The poll is not well-formed. Two separate questions to two separate populations should not be crammed into one poll.

Being old and increasingly feeble I of course prefer the government taking care of everything.

I live in a country where healthcare is part socialised and part paid for by insurance, and it's pretty good.

Like Neko I also live in a country (half a world apart) where health care is half private and half socialised.

Personally I pay private health insurance but there is always a good (but never perfect) public health system available for those who cannot afford to pay to go private

Here it's kind of complicated. Every treatment has a fixed percentage of the price that'll be paid by government, and the rest is made up by the patient himself or his insurance. Most insurance is mutualised, though, so the costs are nowhere near as high as in the US, and they're less likely to try to skip out of paying for stuff.
